Cook them the night before or two days before and just warm them right on the grill.
dont vaccum seal or anything ted.. just wrap them up good in foil like 2 racks per foil pack.
make sure the grill is pretty hot and put them on there.. i like ot leave them in the foil only because then they get that SHITTY grill taste!! haha
unless it is a charcoal grill then your good.. but cooking with propane is cheating!

Mix 1/2 cup of each of the following together--- red pepper, black pepper, white pepper, onion powder, garlic powder,oregano, brown sugar. Add 1/4 cup smoked paprika. This should be about right foe the weight mentioned. Really good "bite" with great flavor blend.

just an fyi... papryka does not really add much flavor.. it is more of a color.. try it without and you will not know much of a difference.
