Need a divorce Attorney

I have a female friend in Charlotte, NC that needs a bulldog divorce attny. She has a 8 yr old son. Can someone recommend a good one please. both husband and wife live in NC.

I can give her some free solid advice. I beat one of the top NJ divorce attorneys hands down on pro se status for a friend of mine last year. I would have to hear the situation breifly and double check a few laws and its solid ground to start.

To start a nasty divorce is not recommend only ones that suffer is the kids!!!!!!

Plus to do up a nasty divorce just to start is going to be A LOT more than she bargined for. Its best to seperate and come to an agreement and keep a valid civil agreement court recorded between all parties for visitation, custody, and child support and or alimoney and belongings.

Kiss and make up! Divorce is way too easy these day's. Look, they got married for a reason. Spend some time and figure out what that reason was. My wife and I dated for 3 week's when I asked her to marry me. That was 33 year's ago now. Do we alway's agree, well no. Have we changed in some way's, well yes. The point is, If they loved each other once they can love each other again. Someone may have to swallow some pride, maybe have to change some thing's, admit they were wrong. But in the end is it worth it? I say of course it is, most certainly if they have children. I have to say the only line that can't be crossed is violence or cheating.
