need a cummins guru

I have been battling an electrical problem for weeks now.

I am looking to speak to someone with a little more background in the cummins system.

The problem begins after at least 1 1/2 - 2 hours or running, the motor just shuts off as if you are running 27 knots and you turn the key off Then it fires right back up and when you try to get up and running it shuts off anywhere from 30 sec to 2 min into it.

Just before the motor shuts down the voltage drops down below 10 volts. I have had the alt. checked out and its fine, no other electronics issues. ( spreader lights are bright and the bow thruster has plenty of juice)

I have combed the electrical system and checked all the grounds and connections.

One other problem that might have something to do with it is the alarm lights on the instrument pannel no longer light up. and the buzzer is very faint ( could be a bad instrument panel or alarm going hay wire?)

Anyways, Im no expert mechanic but I take pride in working on my own rig. I dont think I can wait the six months for service nor afford big hourly rates . But if someone could help diagnose the problem I will gladly compensate them.

The yellow fin are starting to snap and I need to get things in order for the next big bite
