Ok Box. you really need to go fishing or something. but i didn't see any answer for what a Hemi is. so for all you young folks out there. the Chrysler Hemispherical Engine. the top of the cylinder is not flat like in most engines at the time when it was introduced, but rounded. hence Hemi.

The "Hemi" cylinder head concept was actually developed by GM but at the time GM decided the design was too costly to retool and sold the design to Chrysler. If they had only known it would become one of the best engines of all time and spank GM and Ford on alot of race days
