MY NEW GIG, FIN HUNTER

I am waiting for my ticket to get back from WVA CG medical, seems they want me to get a couple tests done before they send it, anyway. I hooked up with Shane Holt from Rocky Mount and will be climbing the ladder as soon as all is straight. I took a fall this summer and tore my left Rotator Cuff. Had that repaired this week, Doc says NO BOATS FOR 6 wks to rest, don't think I can do that. I had to do it now to be ready if the BFT's make a showing. I am anxious about going to the bridge, lots to learn and not to look like an idiot. I love working the pit, when I first started I got a lot of help from Marty and some of the other mates on the water front. I am hoping some of the Captains will do the same. I know what some are saying, GREAT, just what we need, another charter boat down here.

The boat is a 46' Ray Davis, 19-20 knt cruise. Standard amenities, one of the best riding boats I have ever been on and dry.

We will be using a fill in Capt till I am straight but I will be on the boat weather permitting. Were anxious to get started and run some trips before BFT season.
