Box ,Cant' say thank you enough
We steamed down the ICW from Belville NC this morning heading South ,this trip has been the coldest trip i have ever made from Cape Cod to Islamorada ,Slowly we were losing heat from the vessels system due to a bad A/C pump and depending on electric heaters.
We were passing Jarret Bay and realized that finding a new pump on a Sunday were slim to none .I gave Box a call on the phone and he was waiting at the Morehead docks with a new pump in hand "Freakin Miracle worker "he is .and on top of it we picked up Barbecue for lunch and trip to the un-stumpable Hardware store.
Great to see the Beast and almost caught Mr Dunn but we had to keep on moving!!!!
Currently we are sitting here about10 miles short of Wrightsville in a toasty warm boat .
Due to day light and cold water all transits have been pretty short 150 miles is the longest leg we have been able to pull off.
