You just made my evening brother Lee. Tickled to hear you mom liked your fresh grouper creation.
We'll have to be sure to keep the grouper coming for mom. The lobsters on the other hand.....
Poached triggerfish, with fried eggplant and tossed salad for the Biscuit family tonight. Life is very good indeed!

Ok, ok. Take a small can of good Cashews, I like regular "Planters the best. I like to use my coffee grinder and grind about a 1/3 of the can. In a bowl I put a table spoon of Lowery season salt, Table spoon of "Dash" garlic & herb, tea spoon Old Bay, 1/2 tea spoon of dry crushed red pepper and crush even more in you hand and mix together in a bowl. In sauté pan, melt 1/4 to 1/3 stick of butter or margin over low heat and add about 2/3 of the ground Cashews and lightly brown. Remove most of them from pan and place in another bowl. Add another 1/4 stick butter or margin, melt and add seasonings and lightly brown. Remove seasoning from pan and add fish of choice to pan on low heat and pour 1/2 of seasonings over top. Cook to your liking and flip fish, add rest of seasoning over fish and top with sautéed Cashews. Depending on thickness of fish, cover and simmer till desired finish of fish. Serve and top with uncooked ground Cashews, enjoy...
