Went a little south of the rock on Saturday, starting at 20 fathoms. Trolled offshore to 100+ fathoms, but nothing happening. Headed towards the Big Rock and shallower water and found a little activity in 30 fathoms at midday.
Results were a barracuda (released), a bonito (released), a blackfin tuna (released), and a wahoo (18#). Missed another 'hoo that hit an artificial lure without getting hooked.
Lines in at 7:30 am. First bite was at 11:55 am. Yes, it was slow...
