Merry Marlin on vacation...

We'll we've been on vacation downeast and have been cut off from SFC as we only have an old laptop and cell phone to link up here.
BUT.. I've discovered the library in Smyrna so MM can check out what's going on...
No pictures on this report but let me tell you we've fished hard every day since thursday and have seen some nice fish!
There is a lot of bait around Cape Lookout but the AJ's and Almacos have been a big pain taking even cut bait...
The groupers have slowed down in the last couple days but we pulled up some nice ones in the deep water.
I am still quite amazed at how many blue marlins were caught during the B.R. Even though there are lots of boats over 120 marlins in a week that is a mighty good spot on the world map!
The boys just called me from the bight and had released 32 flounder in 4 hours. Not a single keeper but the fish are moving in... Told them I needed a doormat for supper!
Caught two black seabass yesterday with tags... Both had been tagged @ 210 rock and we got them @ 240 rock.
