Backstraps marinated in italian dressing 24 hours and straight in the pan. It was surprisingly good! Would have been even better if I didn't know what it was...
So everyone take a pair of those spiny's each time you go out and save whatever they are eating!

You can also marinate in milk for a few hours or overnight - The milk will draw the uric acid out of the meat and improve the flavor.

rinse the milk off with cool water and cook as you prefer.
