Why are there so many haters on this board? The man (Marty) is on TV doing what he loves to do. How about a "good job" or "well played". I know this thread has been posted before but Fighting Irish45 just saw it today and was stoked. Some of you guys need to chill out and get a fuckin life instead of being assholes on the internet.

I for one, have never even met Marty in person and he has already squared me and my buddy away with a shit ton of ballyhoo and more info than I know what to do with through a few phone calls. Not many people out there are willing to help people they haven't even met before. So in my book Marty is a great guy and an badass fisherman. Some guys on here need to seriously think before you type or speak.

here's my thing, no doubt marty has helped a lot of people and provides a lot of information. However, he is also and absolute jerk if anybody expresses an opinion contrary to his own. I guess thats why he had to be given his own forum. I've never met the man, but I know people who have and they think he's great. But there's a lot of ways to get the job done in fishing, and the esteemed Wahoonbox doesn't like to listen to other methods from what i've seen. It's his way or the highway. Plus all the people kissing up to him gets old after a while.

That and the fact that the typing in caps lock annoys the crap out of me. Caps means yelling on the internet, does Marty constantly yell at the top of his voice in person?
