We had a blast, I wanted to come back with a catch/release on a sail but no luck. I think this time of year it's hard to catch one without a tower to spot. Most of the charter boats were running here, running there and when they found them they would pitch a bally right in front of them. We on the other hand flew a kite, with two live baits and two live baits off the flatlines. The majority of the time we were drifting livies, or slow trolling and not covering much ground. Plus, what I gathered is they are much more prevelent when its snotty out and with the boat we had it would have been impossible to fish in that. not to mention the 4 days I was there it was dead calm and bueatiful. Regardless we all had a blast! There is so many different types of fishing down there you couldn't get board in 10 yrs. I really have to thank Jim and Linda Lutz for letting me stay with them and fish!
Thanks for the nice warm pictures FI45!Real nice down there in Key Colony Beach.
