I know from my experience those things are money.... I'll have to show you some mine that have huge gashes from wahoos smacking the sh!t them. Purple and black is where its at. Right behind the boat about 30 ft off the transome.

I have found them on ebay @ Blue Water Tackle company and they are 17.50 with a few hours left on them! I will be asleep when the sale ends but maybe something for you to look for Eric! I am fixin to go to bed! I have an A$$ chewing to go to in the morning! I mean supervisors meeting! LOL you know how those go!

Dude I already got 5 of em in different sizes and colors. I got one that looks like a flying fish, one purple/black, 2 mahi patterns, and a red/black.

Increase your hook-up to boat ratio by using single hooks instead of the doubles. When a Hoo shakes his head, the leverage on the stiff double hooks have a tendency to work against each other and dislodge.

I second that. I only use single hooks and have only lost 1 hoo out of about 10. I like the mega bait sea boz's, they have really good action and nice stainless hooks with heavy duty swivels.

I got about 50 ballyhoos now so I am gonna start riggin those bad boys up. Reelscreamer is not too fond of using bait but maybe he'll change his mind after we catch a few fish on em.

Reelscreamer I suggest you get yo-zuri bonitas. Red and Black and Purple and Black. the 8" ones. They are definitely worth the extra cash and will catch more fish. There is also a good deal on these on ebay.

Any chance you get a hold of Halco lures there? Laser pros190 are on a league of their own.
