yup....as times change you never really know your neighbor and what his/her real agenda may be......

example being.....i have this neighbor...lives about 6 miles away and often really wonder what he is all about and what he is upto.....

Let's remember that in America we're presumed innocent until found guilty by a jury, and that we have Constitutional protections and rules about what the gov't can present as evidence against you, and they can't rip your eyes out to force a confession or kill your family or other stuff. When you have people who decide to take matters into their own hands you end up with a POS country like... Iraq where it's OK to shoot whole families in their cars or detonate bombs in crowds based upon presumed offenses either past or future. Now once these folks are convicted, then let's hang the bastards!
