Well...Lobster season is almost among us in So Cal...Get ready for it! Ready to pay $8 a Report Card, everyone has to have one....For each time you go and get em...No matter what your age...
 The state is doing research on the recreational harvesting...Making $$, that is what they are doing..No report card...Stiffer fine...more $$ for the state...Look at these... G style!
