Today started with snow flake's flying........a dad cooking his daughter breakfast and a fire blazing in the fire pit by 9 am......my father always made time for me....as I do for my daughter....we shot a few cans with the 22.....the Bammer is a dead eye ....but then again she had a good teacher as did I. Dad.....he is not doing so good, I hope I can get to spend Christmas with him....but we are borrowed time.....I just wanted to say thanks Dad....you wont read this but I appreciate the lessons and values you instilled in me....on this day I am thankful for you......You made me the man I am I am proud to be your son.....I love you dad and I will forever remember you the way you were and what you did for our family.......my dad, my best friend.....on this day that is what I am thankful for.

Its hard for me to talk to my Dad sometimes. But this year we almost lost him and I realized that if I dont do it now, I wont have the chance.
