Life in North East Florida....
So I wasn't able to get offshore this weekend (or last) due to the 15-20 knot wind and the wife's family in town. We took them to Matanza's Inlet for a day at the old "Boot Box" Fort and then a little beach action. All in all, a great day, though the thundershowers rolled in on us and pushed us out early. There are also some pics of the state park "Washington Gardens" which is right across the street.
Yesterday we went to another beach, this one is only known by locals, and is known as "Dead Tree Beach." If anyone wants to see pics, I will post some from a few months ago (as I didn't take any yesterday).
I am posting this so to show off my "backyard." Some one had done this earlier in the year and I thought it was a very cool thread, so here is where I play when not off shore. If anyone wants the history behind the fort, let me know.

Well you didn't miss anything by not going fishing on Saturday. When launching at the ramp it was discovered that the fuel pump is locked up and keeps blowing the fuse!
We all went back to my house and watched you and Asher get butted and slapped by Tigers!
