I finally worked out my travel visa issues and my bags(and rods)are packed. I am really looking forward to this and bought an extra 4 gig card for my camera today. I am packing two lx avet two speeds with braid and 7.5 foot flipping sticks for catfish and crocodiles. I don't know what I need so I'm just guessing and going!

I have been looking forward to this for a couple of years. I'm not hunting big 5 stuff. Just kudu and impala and baboonsand stuff. We are going on like a photo safari for lions and elephants but the hunting will be on Ian's "farm". 14,000 high fenced acres is one hell of a "farm". We are also taking a week long fishing trip for these catfish they talk so much about. They swear their go to bait is an impala spleen and the biggest problem is you hook more crocs than catsThats why I'm bringing a 2 speed

Hey Mike, have a great trip, but if I were you, I would get 4 or 5 extra 4gig cards, I can go through one of them in a few hours. I get 1,250 fine jpeg out of one and 750 raw files... Looking forward to seeing your pictures. I know your baby Owls will miss you.

That's my sister Leslie. Ill take lots. I took Lee's advice and have 4 4 gig cards. We have a trout trip in the morning and snapper on monday and I get on the plane tuesday at 6pm. I can't wait
