Great vid. I guess you charters are forced into having the same guy leader and gaff because there is only one mate but I always have a separate leader and gaff man. On my boat we rotate duties around these 5 positions.

1. Angler
2. Gaff
3. Leader
4. Helm
5. Camera

Doubles and triples create chaos and forces us into a single leader/gaff man so it's good see how the pros do it. Thanks.
