I got a friend with the sony bravia and i have the samsung 42" and they are pretty much the same!
I like my samsung because of the look but the color/picture i dont think is any different at all!
you will be happy either way steve/
Samsung....
Olevia,,,,,,,,,,absolutely the best for the money. LCD screen is made by LG......look into them.........stunningly amazing picture. Easy to use.
Just my opinion but I look at a lot before I bought.
I have a samsung and like it alot but I was looking close at the sony, just got a better deal on the samsung.
One piece of advice is to do a google search LCD settings, there are so many adjustments that having some input from "experts" to make the picture look incredible. I think any LCD available today will look great once the settings are adjusted. Mine was good out of the box but after making some recommended adjustments the picture is even better. Worth looking into.
Best of luck
Don't overlook the Vizio or the Sharp's. Couple people I know have the Vizio's and they are really nice tv's with great pictures. Brother-in-law just upgraded from a 43" Vizio to a 50" Sharp, both are amazing and I got the 43" Vizio for free outta the deal![]()
Just bought the Sony 52 XBR9, I will try to get a pic when mounted this Friday!!![]()
