    IT'S HOT !!!!!!!!

    Geeeeezzzzz.... it is hot as hell out there! I have been suffering from a kidney stone. I think I have passed it all......
    I only thought having children hurt.


    WARNING!!! to all who work out in the heat... DRINK LOTS OF WATER... I got dehydrated that is how I got my stone... I will never ever have another one...... my eyeballs will float before I suffer pain like that again

    Stones suck in a big way!!!! I slung a two carat urchin years back while I was in South Africa away from medical attention and I can still hear my body hitting the ground after passing out from that real special moment...
