Info on Cabo San Lucas?

Well my family has decided that it's time to take a trip to Cabo San Lucas.

Does anyone have any info or thoughts on places to stay. We will be taking our kids on this trip. Also we need some info on a crew to take us fishing.

What is the best time to go for the most fishing action? Weather? Things of that sort.

We have been twice, stayed at the Riu Palace both times. I would say now through Jan. Winter is when the whales and turtles show up which is a bonus for the kids.
