I cant believe they are not in prison.They say or most for that matter say convicted and they are still out on the streets????

It's because the prisons are too full of murderers, rapists, theives, etc., etc.,.

Bring back public hangings and watch the crime wave then. The punishment must fit the crime. Lifting weights, playing cards and basketball for the rest of your life is not a punishment. A while ago a girl was raped here. She was attacked on the street while she was running and brutally raped. The rapist ended up doing five years and probation. The court determined that the rape was "provoked" because the girl maced him. HOW THE HELL DO YOU PROVOKE A RAPE?
