That is correct. This proposal only affects grouper / snapper. They (NMFS)will go after king mackerel next, but no proposal yet.

TBone, If I understand the existing rules correctly, you currently need the fed dolphin/wahoo permit to sell either. - even if only in bag limit quantities.
