I kept my promise!

While my parents were here my first concern on the water was for them to have a comfortable and good time. I didn't care too much about catching fish but just wanted good footage and pictures of them as I don't have a chance of having them around. Something a little tough for teenage boys to understand.
Anyway I promised them that I wouldn't take a single picture on our first trip without my Folks.......
I was happy to do that yesterday, As we did a quick near shore trip with Liv2fish. it actually was kind of nice not having to wipe the hands grap the camera get Patrick to spit that CHEEESE as you try to get him to smile instead of sending the next bait down!
I would have liked to film the boys spearing their first mahis and see them racing back to the boat with a shark following! May be another day! Anyway Ted was witness, All the way to icing a couple white coolers of fish I did not talk about cameras and the kids got their wish!

I feel your pain Jaques. Everytime I take a camera on an offshore adventure it brings bad luck. Hence the reason I do not have many fishing pics from offshore. I do hope that changes soon. Thanks for the report. I wish I could get a couple of fishing adventures with my folks, especially my dad. However, it was expected of him to fish when he was younger and he does not like to go. He does smile when SHUNT and I return successful though.

Well I was at their house when the crew arrived and the fish slinging begin and kept on being slung. A couple of 172s later along with another cooler, Triggers, Bliners, Dolphin along with other assorted critters, the boat cleaning begin...

Jacques, it was a pure pleasure having you on the boat with me the other day, glad you had a great time and we will do it again very soon... Goldilocks treated you well...

Well, Jacques the boys now owe you. Nice report, but I have to say they just aren't the same without your pictures.

My problem is I always bring the video and digital camera, but I get caught up in the action and never take as much video or as many pictures as I would like.
