Thanks a lot for the kind words guys it is a great feeling winning my first tournament. This tournament reinforced a lot of good lessons. The most important being always be ready in a tournament. We caught our winning blue marlin in the last hour of the tournament after being destroyed by the bailers and thinking that another boat already had the tournament wrapped up. The real congratulations goes to Capt. Shane for hooking the blue when he reappeared after pulling him off on the mackerel. The guys that fished yesterday also did well on the billfish with blue, white marlin and a hand full of salis. So if you are looking for that elusive grand slam the next couple of weeks would be a great time to think about MHC.

I felt like anyone with 2 crumbsnatchers were in the running with all those fish around.... what anticipation!!!!! That was the first time the Bite Me fished that tourney and I have to say that is was nicely done. And the after party wasnt too bad on the waterfront Saturday nite, either. We had a ball!

Pretty Work to all that placed, Especially the Carolina Time, Megabyte and the Impulse. Good going on your fishing, fellas. Looking forward to next year. Good to meet all of you, too!
