I put this up in the jigging forum earlier, but I thought I'd put it up here too. Thanks again to the entire Wrightsville crew who met Squidrig and I on Friday morning. The discussion that I remember most was Sea Biscuit saying "Thank god yankees like you want to come down to catch these damn AJs- I know I don't want to." At the time I couldn't figure out why not...then I felt the pain Crank this ***** up!!!!!!

I had a lot of luck that day, she worked me from 350' deep but within 25 minutes of serious drag and a perfect/lucky hookest I was able to bring her boat side twice before cutting her off. Jig got placed perfectly and the 130 fluro held up for some odd reason

Lost my $40 dollar jig though hahaha

Andy who was on my boat had a small waterproof camcorder that he attached to a telescopic pole. It was the coolest thing ever. We filmed almost every fish coming up all day

Biscoto- none of the AJs made the trip back, but we did give away a free trip to a bunch of blackfin and a couple of grouper...we left the donkeys to get a bit bigger for our next trip
