How to embed pics in text?

Can someone tell me how to embed pictures within the text? I'm too slow to figure it out.

In the reply or new thread screen. Click on the paper clip and the manage attachments window comes up. Click browse beside one of the open windows. Select the pic you want. Do same thing until you have them all selected then hit upload.
When this is done uploading close the manage attachments window and click the paper clip again. Either insert all or one pic at a time where you want it. The pic will end up wherever your cursor was before you click the paper clip.
