A lot of people, including myself, recently had a very hard time getting products that were ordered directly from your company. In fact, I never got mine and had to go through the dispute process with paypal to get a refund. I know there were some hard times in the family but my understanding from talking to people is that this has been going on for a long time.

I am not trying to start any negativity here whatsoever. I just think it is a bit of an elephant in the room that a lot of people have been talking about amongst themselves.

There is no question that your product is the best there is, but I think it would do you justice to give us some sort of public explanation and/or example of how things have changed, to raise confidence in the company.

Just a thought.

I would first like to say, I appologize for any inconvenience in placing an order with us this past summer. I take this matter very personal and serious!

Our company did go through a tough period, and YES they were my personal family issues which affected the operations of Old Salty International LLC. Our shop was closed twice this past year both 2 weeks at a time, but I can reassure you and anyone else it was not financial. It was my personal family issues, that now are in the past. I also know YOU and ANYONE else that had problems receiving any order from us in the past, money was fully refunded in FULL. Beleive me, when I found out we were refunding money on product that was already sold, I was extremely angry. That person that used to be in charge of our shipping/internet sales, is no longer with us anymore.

Only fish for bluefin up north. Just really started fishing a planer this year. Went straight to the 32 on an 80 inline. Loved it and caught my biggest numbers and biggest fish of the year. Any estimates of how deep a 32 on JB. Im guessing about 225 ft out gets me to 75 ft deep. Also end up losing some mid fight but Im just attributing that to the ballyhoo. Great products. Thanks alot.
