Hit Lockwood Folly inlet about 6:00am on Sunday and headed towards the Blackjack. Pulled up about 2 miles short and put the mess out bout 8:15. Couldn't find any bait worth mentioning and couldn't find any fish either. Finally picked up a small dolphin on the short and slung him in the box. Headed a little offshore and found what we were looking for. Nice fish nailed the shotgun and began ripping line off the 50. 10 min later, 35lb wahoo in the box after a close call when the gaff ripped out while he was coming over the gunnel. Worked that same area for a while with no other hits so we started working north and found a nice break with some good size grass mats on it in about 35 fathoms. Worked this break the rest of the day picking up 2 more wahoo and 4 small dolphin. Had several short strikes but only lost one rig all day even though I was pulling mostly mono.

Definitely on of the nicest day weather wise that I have seen in a while.
