I would recommend Rupp Z-30 Top Guns for ease of use and quality.
 They can be rotated out from below with a turn of a handle. I would go with fixed poles instead of telescoping. They are stiffer and require less work to deploy. More information: http://www.alltackle.com/rupp_z30_top_guns.htm I would rig it with a single rigging kit with Rupp Zip Clips. Simple and inexpensive.  It is my opinion that the hard top on your pursuit will be sufficiently strong enough to support this setup.
