Heading out on our camping trip.

Just a couple of more things to load and we are ready to hit the road tomorrow at 0600. Loading up the kids and dogs (this time the big dogs are getting dropped off for boarding), we didn't want to traumatize the house sitter. We are heading to the Quantico area. We are camping at Lunga Park, doing the DC thing for about a week, and then on the way home hitting Kings Dominion.

What I’m looking forward to the most is hitting the Marine Corps museum and we have tickets for the evening parade Friday night at 8th and I. I been to the ceremony at 8th and I and it is spectacular, I want the family to see the ceremony there. I’ve heard the museum is very nice as well. One of the days I’m going to Arlington to pay my respects to some close friends of mine, as well as all the others that have given their life for our country.

Here are a couple of pictures of the new trailer; this will be our first trip in this one. We loved our last one; we just wanted something a little bigger with a different floor plan. I’ll tell you what this thing is sweet it’s a 2011 Jayco Eagle 320RLDS I can tell already we will love this even more than our last.

Save some fish for me, I hope to be back on the water the last weekend of June or 1st of July. Good luck to everyone fishing the Big Rock and stay safe.
