Well, not quite yet. Just getting started. Here is a little preview of things to come. (I have to work in the morning while all the cooking is going on, so the rest of the pics will be left up to BeagleMan or Tina.)

I got BeagleMan and RatMan dropped off on Stabler Hill at Shakeys BBQ Pit. They had the fire started, and I had to leave for work. Here is how it looked.

Then when I returned from work this evening, almost all the food was cooked, and the hash pot was ready to be ground up. Tina and I took the hash pot back to our house and got it all ground and ready fro BeagleMan to add the fiinishing touches and let it simmer down. BeagleMan and RoundHead stayed at the pit to finish up the Ribs and Butts. Now the Hash is simmering on the stove. Already tried the ribs, and they are great. Al from next door showed up with some wild honey to add to the sauce.

Here is the rest of the story. Let the hash simmer all night, chopped the meat this morning, and just got finished with a great meal.
