Thanks for the topic / posts. For those of us inexperienced gaffers, it helps to hear and see the correct way, because I for HATEthat end of the road break-off, oh-shit, f...! that occasionally happens. I need more practice, come on mother nature

It was confidence Marty... Kids always confident. Knows what he's going to do and does it. He's almost as smooth as the Beast on the leader... Won't be too long before he's closing in on that high mark... Glad to have him down there takin care of business.
Marty,
I think Shark displayed he was a pro by showing that clip. Every great athlete asks for critiques by his peers and coaches. The way they got great was by not being afraid to seek constructive criticism and learning from it.
This forum is full of peers and coaches (mostly coaches for me because most of you are certainly better at this than me). I'm just sitting back and learning... For example, I've been using the two handed canoe paddle technique...time to change!
Great vid Shark!
Mike

The Beast has been pullin on giant critters probably before he could walk... I would fashion a guess that with a bit of time and effort our crazy JP will take the stride. He ain't afraid to try thats for damn sure... It would be good practice for all of us to smim a mile in the Beast's shoes... I'd be a long hard swim, but it'd be worth every gut wrenching minute...
Thats right Marty... I'm stickin to my guns on this one... You will someday see John's name in lights... Mark my words... By the way did you see the new Markee that they installed at the prison?![]()
HEy Capt. Brian - Can my crew work on the Run-off too?
