Just got a couple of 80's to use for running the planers, now I have to get some rods for them. Can't wait to put them in action. Only 5 months to go...

I think you have answered one of my other questions. I don't BFT fish but do use a cleated planner at times (only until I get a proper set-up).

I have been loop my line the putting the rubber band through the loop. I have 2 problems with this 1 I think it weakens the line, and 2 the line will sometimes slip through the rubber band. I was just not smart enough to figure out the right way to do it.

The video answered that question, but I have one other, I rewound the video 5-6 times and couldn't tell for sure. After you wrap the rubber band around the line do you take the end closest to the rod and go through the lower loop, or the end closest to the lure though the other loop.
