Funny you should say that....ill gaurantee you that a 1/4 oz egg sinker has a 200 yard range when aiming for the sky around noon.....a buddy of mine had an aunt with a place in the poconos on a beautiul lake....it was part of 2 lakes called twin lakes...we were on the smaller one.....there was no power allowed on the lake so it was paddle in the canoe...or row row row your boat.....we fished the canoe much more then the row boat...any way we had planned on fishing this weeded up cove at first light for months.....only problem was it was a 45 minute paddle....so one july morning we set off from the dock at around 4:30 am....mind you we were 15 years old at the time. We finally get to the bend that would reveal our secluded cove and there is the biggest....fattest guy i have ever seen in a row boat...he was sitting in the bow and the stern of that poor row boat was clean out of the water.....right about then reality sunk in and we realised how much dead water we paddled over only to have our honey hole covered up.....i said jokingly we oughta fire his ass up....send one over his bow....then my just as dumb buddy said go for it.....so i loaded up the leather....1/4 oz egg weight...aimed...adjusted and let it fly....about 15 seconds later there was the metal to metal sound that was as loud as a firecracker.....i got a piece of the boat....dam lucky i didnt hurt the guy...funny now but kinda scary too...could have turned out bad lol.....can you say scared straight lmfao....so with that said...3 oz is too heavy for consistent accuracy...id go with a half oz....its like the difference between a 308 and a 30/30.....good hunting box

Paint ball gun is all you need and nobody gets hurt and the rest of the fleet will see the paintball marks and label them as dumbass. Those little balls will leave a mark, but no stiches.
