    Gagging

    With the Grouper that Warren & I have been catching on the Predator, I have had an itch to go and bust some on the inshore hard bottoms. Long story short Gene Long wanted to play with them also, so I got some of my numbers and away we went on my only day off this week for what I thought would be a half day of fishing...wrong. Guess the laundry and oil change for the truck & bank will have to be done later, when I don't know, but its was Grouper!!!!

    The Catch...



    My jigging Rod. 20 pound test makes it a lot of fun.

    Last thing a fish sees before a Grouper eats him!



    Ok just so you know not all the Grouper in the boat came from jigging, most came from bait and we were commercial fishing so that's why there are more than 2 per person and a box full of them and yes we both had a blast today and never made it past 20 miles .

    Very nice captain Lee! Very nice! Summertime inshore gags are the best.
    I'll have to drum you up some more charter business to keep you booked up and away from Gene. He's a bad influence on you PLUS we can't afford to have you commercial fishing them things. There will be none left for the rest of us!

    Any 35 inch+ fish?

    and lee, im guessing you heard about the pod of sailfish harrassing the guys fishing the liberty ship yesterday? dude caught one out of a 16' jonboat! its time....
