Gaff

Hi guys,

Looking to buy a new gaff.

I saw a gaff by reaction strike (pictured below) that has 3 angled sides like a square. I was wondering if anyone has used a gaff like this and what it was like.

Is this type of gaff any better than a normal j type gaff?

The one pictured had a 4 inch head and has a 6 foot pole.

i've never used one.....but the version made by Top Shot in Australia is very popular down in Venice for the big tunas they get down there.

That gaff is made by Top Shot tackle. I fished with the owner/inventor of that gaff in OZ, Steve. good man. best fly gaff there is.
