I spoke to Marty an hour ago and they are at the dock. They left Wrightsville Beach at 3:30 this morning heading towards the Big Rock and about 30 miles out they lost both drive belts on the stbd engine.

damn something must be contagious. We lost bot belts on the port engine on the way out yesterday. Fished on one all day after I found two spare belts in my shit box. WHO KNEW! I had no idea I had them and luckily they were the same size.

Dang, that is some tuff luck right there. I was glued to the VHF on Sat hoping to hear the "Bite Me" hooked up! Talked with JMS yesterday and he told me what happened. At least you fellas were able to get back safely under your own power.
