    Free Gas for NC Charter Captains!!!

    I have a friend working with a professor here at UNCW who is giving away free $100 gas cards to charter captains upon the completion of a 8 page survey, it does not take that long, I just finished mine. Only charter captains are to fill this out because they are measuring the fiscal impact of charter fishing in NC. It has to do with the recent cancelling of federal dredging funds as related to fishing and the tourism/watersports/recreation industry.
