Frank -Are you still with us???

Sounds like a good bit of flooding and maybe some wind damage - Let us know you are ok.

Talked and stayed in touch with Frank through the storm. Overall he fared well. Lots of trees and water but the family is safe and sound. He sounded good this morning on the phone so I'm sure he'll be back here when they get some power.

Ps. Maybe we'll even get some more Frankie-Pics when all is said and done!

We got lucky with only 4" of water in the house. It was almost waist deep in the driveway. Parts of town are still under water. 50,000 of the 60,000 in my county are out of power. Im posting this from my phone.

You'd think he had his iPhone set up to check the site - and be able to post videos and pictures...

Frank probably still has rotary dial phones in his house. He would not know what to do with an iphone. Frank I am glad you survived.

Tryin' to be the man, my dog think's I am. marine diesel service owner

    We Survived One More,

Just got power a couple of hours ago. What a mess, gonna take awhile to clean this up. The boat made it fine, thanks to "Scattered Grass's" dad. He suggested that I move the boat to abit higher ground on the piece of land he own's. That no doubt saved the boat. Many, many thanks go to his papa!
Right across the road is a boat yard that has many boats on there sides, when they came off the stands. The marina just a couple hundred yards from the boat has a couple docks that no longer exist. Many boat piled on top of one another. There are some house's just afew miles from us here that got washed off the foundations and into the woods.
Just got the TV turned on and am seeing what went on around us, alot of serious damage. It was a very strange storm, lasted a really long time. Had damage greater in places and other places not as much. I keep up with "GreenEyedPickle"through the storm, (via cell phone). He kept me abreast of where the eye was, etc..... Just one really good guy I've met because of this site.
I'll get back with more. I got some pictures, just goota take some time to put them up. Maybe in a few days, still gotta alot of work to do around here. Frank
