Rob,

Just wanted to say thanks for my gear. Everything I got from you is awesome. I wear the blue water cammo around the house trying to sneak up on some tuna. I also wanted to let everyone know your dealing with top notch folks if you buy from thermz. Two minutes tops after I placed my order I got a call from Rob telling me one of the bluewater camo shirts I ordered had two blackdots on it and would I mind waiting two days longer for a replacement. I told him sure but I didn't really mind since the shirt was cammo anyway. Well, he shipped that shirt and is in the process of sending me another new one for no charge. When I opened the shirts the two black dots were the size of pin heads. Trust me Rob, you more then made up for that one free shirt. I'll be spilling blood from here to the caribean next year in those shirts. You made a client for life and I'll be bringing however I can your way.

Thanks Carson, I appreciate your kind words. Your replacement shirt hasn't arrived here yet, but I promise you it will ship to you the same day that we get it (Should be tomorrow).

I got my first shippment from Rob a few days ago. The shirts feel great and I plan on wearing them a lot. My experience dealing with Rob & thermz was a breath of fresh air in today's "over the fence" internet marketplace.
