IF IT IS A LAW, THEN WHY DON'T AUTO MAKERS BUILD A POP UP WINDOW-LID ON THE ROOF PANEL AND A BRIGHT ORANGE CAUTION FLAG POPS UP WHEN YOU OPEN IT?

BOX is more accurate than NOAA. Any blow that gomes through is backed up with one of his OFF TOPIC threads. Just tune into WAHOONBOX and check his threads for the marine forecast... Maybe what he needs is a RAG to wipe a fresh stained blade on an early morning outing to cheer him up a bit? Weather is hot and muggy but due for a chill this weekend in time for some kill'n!
As far as the RAGS go. Any other time here in Central VA the roads are littered with cars displaying the sign of "THE RAG". Not today, not in our town. No way with OBAMA coming to town to support a local, our streets are empty and so called safe. He will be parting the Red Sea and no Broke Down Rag Fly'n POS will be allowed! The man himself was plannin ahead with his Clunker Program some time back. Wiped out most of the local population of classic heaps that would have giving me plenty of photo opportunities . Poor broke down doesn't stand a chance with all the secret service crawlin lookin for some hard working sole having a bad day to pick on!

I heard one time that it means you are coming back to get the car and to not tow it. I never understood it either because who the hell would not come back to get their car???
