Def shows some balls hanging on to that fish like that. My biggest blue on the leader was a 450-500lber and that took it out of me. My hats off to ya ernie!!!!
Flatbottom - The angler was John Audet. Ernie "Corn Cob" was on the wire. And me Billy "French Fry" on the camera.
Glenn - To say Pretty Work on that is like saying Jennifer Lopez has a nice ass. Dude that was absoluetly the most amazing thing I have witnessed. He would not let go and the fish just got greener and greener as the seconds passed. Captain was very nice in allowing us to do whatever we wanted. Had we been with the main captain, he would not have allowed "Corn Cob" to wire that fish.
They are in short supply of good Lures down their. Plus I have fished down their two yrs in a row and EVERY marlin that we have caught and released came on THAT lure. They have about 3 of the them but THAT EXACT lure has struck gold for us every time.

Good leader work she must have been pullin like a freight train and nice job on the throttles by the capt as well. Good team effort...of course the award goes to the mate for jumping in to get his hat. Good thing all that splashing didn't have a few toothy sharks waiting for a bite.
