I hear you. Same issue here - last 2 weekends have been a mess and this one looks to be worse.

And to top it off Box and the Beast are back - and gonna be on a mission

So much for fall wahoo...

Maybe I can break out a halloween spread next weekend...

I feel your pain. To make matters worse, I cancelled all patients 3 days last week only to be met with N or NE winds blowing 15-20.

Caught a few Kings out at the Jetty, but otherwise it was a waste.

Boat: Need more friends with boats!!!
Home Port: Southport
Best Catch: 150 lb Tarpon & 65 lb Dorado

Sounds like I'm not alone on this subject. We were planning on fishing Brants Fall Brawl this weekend. 4-6 in a 25 ft boat is a little testy for my old bones.

Reefcast keeps pushing the big seas further out. It will still be rough on Saturday, but who knows, maybe this will continue to push out until Sunday.

If the forecast holds Sunday should be very fishable nearshore on the east side and the fishing (gags, kings, jacks and little tunny) could be outstanding
I think I'll go looking trout and oysters though

Unfortunatley its a lot of effort to motivate for the potential of one good nearshore day. I have thrown in the towel

I hope it clears up and pays off, big time, for those of you that brave it.

Cheers!
