    FENDER TEASER/ Dredge Combo ????

as I sit here and think, which is a scary thing I wonder??? could you, would you be able to run a FENDR teaser down the center of a standard six arm dredge (strip teaser or other). Maybe about 5 to 6 feet behind the dredge to simulate a fish feeding on the bait ball. Would the FENDER make the dredge "jump" too much. Could it work, would it make sense, anybody tried it before Just a thought

It is worth a shot but I think the fender is going to dart around to much.

The Stalker Outfitter fender teasers I run have LOTS of action to them... swings about 2-3 feet each side of center ....... IMO it would be too much for a dredge.... but I've never tried it!

What about running the fender teaser on a seperate line about 5 ft behind the dredge.

That way you could remove it much faster when neccessary..

With the amount of darting the fender does it will be hard to position it behind the dredge on a seperate line without them tangling.

    I think the biggest
problem you will find is the amount of drag from both of them. The dreg alone is tuff to pull in and when you put the Toad to that, hang on...

ive done bowling pins behind em before and never really saw a difference in fish raised so i moved the pin back to being a chaser on the chain where it saw more action. I dont run a trailing bait on my dredge at all anymore because that one gets eaten off and i never see the fish again as compared to when there isnt the straggler they pop up to the flatline. I didnt play with it that extensively so give it a shot and prove me wrong. It never caused any problems just didnt seem any more productive either
