    Eye update w/pic

    Hey all,

Had my wife take a couple of pics of my eye and thought they came out pretty cool. Thought I'd share!

Eye is doing well. Very limited pain now. Still a bit of an irritation but nothing crazy. 4 or 5 more weeks and I should be back on the water!

    Tim

Pretty cool how you can see the stitches. My new eye is definitely a bit lighter in color than the old one. Kind of neat considering it was just the cornea they changed out.

    How's the vision?

Your eye is looking great for just a couple of days.

    Thanks!

Vision is different than before the surgery but not really any better. We won't know how well it work for vision until the 6-12 month mark. However it turns out though, it's correctable so that's the good thing.

It looks like you are making great progress Tim. I hope it all works out even better than planned and you are ready to go when the fall winds start cooling the temps.
    Cheers,
    Nick

Looks good Tim. I hope you continue to recover. On a side note, now if you run into Frank again you might see what he really looks like could be scary.
