Experimental witch color

Got bored last night and made a few witches. Came up with a new color (well new to me). Anyone ever had luck with a pink head and black/chartreuse hair w/ flash for the wahoo?

Now that is butt ugly there. I'm sure it'll work though. In the fall when Wahoo fishing, I will always run one purple and chartruse witch on one of the longs, so the Black Chartruse is very similar. Somedays they focus on that one bait and others, don't give it the time of day. I don't think it's the actual colors that are so important, but rather the contrast, that for whatever reason, is the ticket for the day.

Brian, I used a pink head with black/red last year. Yep Glenn was an awful ugly looking thing but it seemed to do all right.

Thanks fellas. I got the chartreuse and purple covered Just wanted to try some different stuff too. I will let you know what happens with it.

For wahoo we've had good success with the blue headed blue/white Islanders and Jrs. The only thing we've caught on the pink heads so far have been mahi and kings. They seem to like the pink head, pink/chartruese combo. The 1 oz Cape Fear Mylar Witch in the pink/chartruese has done well, but again mostly on mahi, kings and a single blackfin tuna.
