Hopefully all is well as the storm is doing what it does at this near midnight hour. Couple of pics to share.

This guy rolled into Charlottesville, VA Wed. night and has been staged at the Double Tree Hotel since then.



I talked to a friend hanging out with NBC's Al Roker, TWC and CNN in Kill Devil Hills. Hope the storm stays out, keeping damage to a minimum.

THE NEWS CREWS ARE STARVING TO FIND
SOME DESTRUCTION AND THANKFULLY THEY DID NOT FIND IT HERE IN THE MHC AREA....

I BROKE A PATIO TABLE LEG WHILE MOVING IT TO MY GARAGE YESTERDAY....MAYBE THEY WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE FOOTAGE....I MEAN MAYBE THEY WOULD LIKE TO HEAR THE AUDIO CURSING FROM THIS DESTRUCTION

yeah i crashed out a little aftermidnight, and we didnt get crap in the bogue/swansboro area as far as i can tell?

still got a flower bush in front of the house with all the little white pedals on it...soooo......musta not been bad.

that and i slept through it all.


hope all my friends in hatteras are ok, i know frisco pier got WRECKED. saw some video of it around 4:30pm yesterday, so i know it was all downhill from that

I was hoping that we would get a little rain here in Wilmington but alas we did not get a drop... Flip of the coin is we didn't get any danage either...
