I don't know if it works for everyone but a mustard diet is a step in the right direction, that is crab mustard I say.....watch here girls http://www.wahoonbox.com/videos/MUSTARD1A.wmv it fills ya up for that long ride home and ya won't want anything else passing by your gums but water. You can even use it with a 50 to 50 mix of 5200 and mustard for the eye liner. The fall colors in your wardrobe....browns, deep golds, olive greens are a striking compliment but you already new that so eat some crabs and slurp the pounds away!
